thrifted vintage finds

I made some nice vintage finds this week. Even though I only managed to get to a couple of thrift stores I've been pretty lucky. 

I just love this vintage Hornsea canister set and this kitsch fawn copper art.

I also found..

...a lovely large piece of vintage fabric in pretty autumn colours. Just enough to make into a dress. A sunny yellow Pyrex mixing bowl. A complete vintage sheet set, and the cutest set of curtains i've seen  in a while....very early eighties.

Two rolls of vintage wrapping paper. Christmas Lantern lights still in original box... unused by the look of them. They work perfectly and they even have spare bulbs.

I just love this cute 1970's Friendship Date Book by Sands. Just what every girl needs to keep track of all those special days, such as birthdays, anniversaries and other important occasions. This is what it says on the inside -
